How it works
Select images to open crop images to square in the studio. The matching workflow and preset are selected automatically; you can still change them before export.
This preset locks a square frame calculated separately for each source. Drag or resize it to frame off-center subjects. Choose Circle for transparent round avatars, or add Resize for matching pixel dimensions.
Preview the selected image, then process the whole batch. Compare the real dimensions and encoded size before saving individual results or one ZIP. Your originals are not overwritten.
Common uses
Create adjustable 1:1 image crops for avatars, product grids, and square thumbnails without stretching the original.
Use the same settings across up to 50 files. Check unusual compositions or mixed-resolution images before processing the batch.
Add resize, crop, rotate, color, watermark, or compression steps in the studio. The workflow runs in the displayed order and shares one final output format.
Worth knowing
This preset locks a square frame calculated separately for each source. Drag or resize it to frame off-center subjects. Choose Circle for transparent round avatars, or add Resize for matching pixel dimensions.
A square aspect ratio does not mean a fixed pixel size. Batch frames use relative positions; individual selections let you compose different images separately.
Files stay in browser memory. Each source can be up to 40 MB, within the 16,384-pixel edge and 80-megapixel canvas limits. HEIC uses the first contained image; AVIF requires browser decoding. Export is JPEG, PNG, or WebP, not HEIC or AVIF.
